Sometimes (especially during development), a running database app may
get abnormally termiinated, leaving a database busy and one or more
records (or even MemPtrs) locked.
When relaunching the application, it can nolonger access its own
databases because they're still marked as busy.
Is their an API command to change the busy/locked state of a database or
record, once you nolonger have the DBRef, etc?
