I have an application that use SerReceiveCheck() to see if there is any data
on the serial port before receiving it. In Emulator, it gives 0 when I
don't send anything to the serial port. However, when I put it in a real
palm, it always give a number greater than zero. Any know why? (I have a
quick test with different ROM images in emulator and some of them have the
same problem).
