David, is there going to be a mechanism where a 68K app can tell the system
that it can't possibly run emulated on the ARM and should therefore not even
attempt to get launched?  There could be a prc header flag or special
resource or launch code for this.

Of course the app could just have extra startup code to check the CPU type
and exit cleanly (just like the usual version check today) but if there was
a passive 68K-only marker, then other tools could respect it too, such as
HotSync and Exchange Manager.  ("Are you sure you want to receive Dragonball
Register Masher?  It is not compatible with your handheld.")
