Number of items on a form

Hello,
        I asked a similar question a while back but didn't get a response, so I'll
try once more.

        There seems to be a limit on the number of items you can add to a form in
constructor. (I couldn't add any more than 99).  After that, constructor
won't create any more.  Is there a way around that?
