I have a .prc that uses INetLib calls to perform it's internet requests.
This works fine on a Palm VII, because connectivity is established by
raising the antenna. But for a Palm V using an OmniSky wireless modem, it
seems that it's the application's responsibility to initialize connectivity
prior to sending an internet request.
The only examples I can find that initialize OmniSky connectivity are
launching the Clipper. This is not a .pqa and I do not want to perform a
SysUIAppSwitch in the application.
