My name is Robert Gasparotto and I live in South Africa. I have been programming for
the Palm (Palm Vx and Palm III)for a few months. I have released some software to
www.PalmGear.com and have had good feedback except for some people who seem to be
running Palm OS 3.1. I cannot get hold of the Palm OS 3.1 ROM to test with. I
believe I can get it from Palm (i.e. yourselves) but you will only give the ROM's to
American developers. What options are available to me ?
