Oops... I misremembered the settings in the Palm Connection Settings panel.
There are three checkboxes for launch parameters -- these affect the flags
sent to the debugger-launched program. However, these don't affect the
primary launch code. My mistake.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to connect to a running program on the
emulator or on the device using CodeWarrior -- you could debug at the
assembler level using PalmDebugger launched just-in-time on a DbgBreak()
from your reset handler.
