I can't say what you're doing different from everyone else, but I think
I must be doing the same; I'm getting the same problem as you.
Specifics are Win2k, latest prc-tools, latest debugger (I think -- from
the the sdk3.5 tools archive), Makefile just like yours.
Did you have any success with it? Did you hear of anyone for whom it
/is/ working?
