I've been wondering about that.  Considering the size of the Palm
programming world, where is our magazine?  We're starting to have a fair
number of books available, but there isn't a journal where programming
articles of moderate length can be published and archived.  Windows has MSDN
and Windows Developer Journal, Java has a few, XML has a few.  Steve Mann
used to publish "Handheld Systems", alas before my time (but the archive CD
is nice).  Why hasn't anyone stepped forward to do one now?

(BTW, if anyone is looking for a regular Palm programming columnist for a
general purpose programming magazine... I know someone who's interested :)
