I don't know of anything beyond my development, though others were
supposed to be working on it.

My code is at www.cryptography.org, and is also available elsewhere
e.g. http://www.cypherspace.org/~adam/openpgp/ and is targeted at
becoming part of OpenSSL, but the port was against an earlier version
(0.9.1c).

It included enough algorithms, so SSL should now be possible, but you
would need to duplicate the protocol layer.
