Actually, the start.prc wouldn't ever be seen in the launcher (since it
isn't in /palm/launcher), and it won't be in main memory except for the
brief time when it is running during the card insertion process.
You might well want to have the start.prc be a tiny app that launches the
"real" one in /palm/launcher/ if that's what you want. (You could even
pass a special launchcode and/or something in the cmdPBP if you wanted.)
I imagine usually there won't be a start.prc unless the card is a "single
purpose" type of solution, as opposed to one which just provides general
data storage.
