Yep... these libraries are great.  Just don't try to use them or anything :)

I may have been seeing this on situations where the Minstrel module
reinstalled the Internet Library on the handheld but didn't do a soft reset
of the device.  I could see that causing the library to be available but not
advertised with a feature.  I'll see if I can recreate any of those
scenarios.
