Well this is developed using CW 6, and the Glue libs and headers i'm using are from
the 3.5 SDK (maybe that's the source of the problem, I'm not sure).
Also, I discovered that Palm Vs also suffer from the bug. It appears to be something
common to 3.1 devices.

I'd assume the latest available version of the glue library (in the SDK)
would contain all fixes made up to that point.
But it sounds like this is what you are already using. If all non-IBM
devices with 3.1 don't suffer the bug, then WinGlueDTC must be working
correctly on those devices.
(This is the point where Ken Krugler usually jumps in to explain everything.
