Palm OS, C++, XML and email

Hello,

Does anyone have any information regarding:

1. Palm strategy with regards to XML support
2. Good and fast XML parsers (specifically C++ versions)
3. Palm OS and intercepting/processing incoming emails and sending emails
all using a C++ application
