0x1402 is inetErrHandleInvalid (from the INetMgr.h header). This probably
means that there is some issue with the web site that prevents the Palm.net
proxy from converting it from HTML to CML and sending it down to the device.
I don't know what specificly is wrong, however it looks like
www.movietickets.com uses tables nested in other tables, which is something
that Clipper cannot render.
