Is it possible that you accidently clicked the Enable checkbox for the
bitmap to false on the form?

I have place a graphic button on the from in the constructor. And assigned a
valid bitmap resource ID to the button, it display very well in the
constructor. But after I complie and run it, the graphic button disappear.
Why it happen and how can I solve it?
