Thanks for your help. I found the problem. The Linker/68K Linker/Fast Link
option needs to be checked in an UltraLite application in order for the
Sybase UltraLite Runtime library to divide itself into three small segments.
My problem was caused by this library getting included entirely in my
application code segment.
According to the Targeting Guide for Palm OS, this setting needs to be on
when the application uses function-level segmentation (which I assume Sybase
is using). Can you explain what function-level segmentation is?
