Dumping PalmOS .PDB or file to Win32 file

Hello! - Anyone aware of tools to convert from .PDB to csv file?

I got "par" from David Williams (www.djw.org) which is great
and comes with full source. But I need to go the other way.

... don't want to spend time writing the code myself :-)
