I am new to Palm development and I am developing an application for a
seating list for a big 1200 person event!
Needless to say, I would like to use a database. For a starting point I
took the source code from the Palm Address Book.
This works fine if I use the Address Book Conduit but then both of the apps
share the same database. Does anyone have any
suggestions on whether or not it would be better to build my own separate
conduit or to some how call to
my own database file loaded onto my Palm. Can I convert a .CSV file into a
..PDB file...... how would my new app know
how to recognize it? Any ideas....am I even approaching this the right way?
