Hi,
I installed Lotus Notes Easy Sync 2.1 on my machine. It is a software to sync your
Lotus Notes mail, calendar, notes journal with the palm. However when i uninstalled
the easy sync software my palm now no longer syncs the palm with the palm desktop.
Even after i uninstalled the palm desktop & load it again it does not sync with the
palm. Although the sync occurs & the log says everything is OK but it does not
synchronise the address book,date book etc. at all. Also another thing is if i make
any entry into the palm desktop & then uninstall the palm desktop after i do a fresh
hotsync the earlier data that i entered is still visible which should not be the case
after an uninstallation. The uninstall deletes all files & registry entries except
the .dll files in windows/system directory which cannot be deleted manually.
Also If i synchronise some other palm with the same machine it syncs properly.
I think the problem is with the notes easy sync software. Can anybody please help me
out,
