I got all that working, including visual cues (which weren't too big a
deal). The only problem is the menu and list navigation. I spoke with
ThinkOutside, and they are working on it, so I think I won't bother.
Rather that layering on a control navigation map, as per the ThinkOutside
SDK, I opted to use the control order (z-order) in the form to manage
tabbing... problem is, I can't find a way in constructor to specify the
order of controls in the form (other than creating a new form, and dragging
all the controls over in the correct order)... if only those rsrc files were
stored as text
Anyone have any ideas?

PS- Who "owns" constructor? Is it Palm or Metrowerks? Either way, it should
be jazzed up to support (re)ordering of controls.
