One method to fix this for the moment -- get RsrcEdit, and change the
AddressDB to have a different name and creator. The next time you run
Address, it will recreate a blank database. If you set the backup bit of
the renamed DB, it will be backed up in whatever invalid state it is in.
If you have valid info on the desktop from a previous Hotsync, you can then
set hotsync manager to copy desktop to handheld and resync the records down
to the device.
