The 4.1 IDE in CodeWarrior has known printing problems on Windows 98
machines. There is a 4.1.0.3 update out now (CW7 Palm shipped with
4.1.0.2), but it doesn't fix this issue. On my Win2000 box, printing
selections works fine, but on Win98, people have reported issues with the
first page of a printout.

I'm using Win98 second edition, CW7. When I try to print selected text
to a network printer I get "Operating system error -30870." If I try to
print a selection to a directly connected printer (LPT1), it works fine.
If I print an entire file to a network printer that works fine, I only
have a problem when printing a selection.
