Hi,
In my app, I assign the modem hotsync key to launch my app on the
sysAppLaunchCmdSyncNotify launch code, so that when they install the app
using hotsync, the button is assigned before they use the app. However is
there anyway to do this with beaming, as when we setup lots of Palms beaming
is the quickest way to load them all, but theres does not seem to be a beam
notfiy launch code. I can get around it by setting up the key on the first
time the app is launched, but that means the first time the user has to run
my app through the launcher, and this may confuse some people.
My app is an industrial app, and where possible the useres should never need
to use anything other than my app, which is launched by the modem hot sync
key (custom hardware, which looks like a Palm V modem to the Palm).
