This is because an empty project has not been configured for anything
(which is why we suggest you start with a stationery project). If you
don't set up the file mappings and turn on all the appropriate compilers
and linkers, etc., you won't get a Palm app out the other end. Course you
could take the stationery app, delete all the source files and libraries,
and put the project folder in the "Stationery" folder so it would become
an option for you for future projects.
