I would need more information to help you. What's the url? Also, what
Elaine proxy address are you using?

Subject: Re: How do I set the socket content type? (inet lib)
Hi Ben,
Well I just received our Palm VII. I ran the same .PRC file that I ran on
the Vx and tried to download my Palm bitmap file. The InetLow sample
downloaded all 4,816 bytes of my bitmap without any problem. It was quick
too.
The OmniSky enabled Vx will only download 300 bytes using the same URL. I'll
modify the app to display the 300 bytes it is retrieving and see if they are
even part of my image data.
If someone from OmniSky cares to jump in with an explanation, I wouldn't
mind. Is there any technical information on what OmniSky is doing?
From the SDK 3.5 manual:
"NOTE: The information in this chapter applies only to version 3.2 or later
of the Palm OS on Palm VII devices. These features are implemented only if
the Wireless Internet Feature Set is present."
So how do I get these features on a Vx, or CLIE? Will the "Palm Mobile
Internet Kit" give me this functionality? Anyone from Palm want to speak up?

I'll try this too, thanks.

I've tried POSE 3.0a7 and 3.0a8. Neither will connect. I _am_ behind a
firewall. I'll see if I can get another NIC and multi-home.

Yep, I did this.
Thanks for all you help Ben. I think I'm close.
