CodeWarrior for PalmOS 7 includes the 3.5 SDK.  However, the 3.5 SDK can be
used to build programs that work on PalmOS versions from 1.0 onward.  All
you need to do is avoid calling any 3.5 specific functions; it is better to
use the latest SDK, because if you need to support new features, they will
be available, and you'll also modernize your codebase to help move it
forward to the ARM devices that Palm will introduce in the future.
