You can't use the Palm HotSync Manager to sync to a Visor, but you can use
the Handspring version to do both. At least this was true recently -- I
think the next version of Palm's HotSync Manager will probably work with
both serial and USB. I installed the software that came with a Handspring
Prism and it is working with the Prism and with a Palm VII and a Palm Vx.
