Oh. 7 hours and ive got absolutely no where!
Ive searched through the knowledge base and this news group for any
refernece to creating a standard icon. I dont want a colour icon i want a
plain simple old @*#!%$@ icon.
The bizaarre thing is i have one application that will display an icon even
though it doesn't have an icon resource. I assume the palm provides a
default one. However the app i want to run and have newly created will not,
regardless of what i do, display an icon.
It downloads on to the palm and can also be deleted from the palm but there
is NO ICON !!!!
I can only assume that there is a setting somewhere in CodeWarrior or within
the code itself that is having some effect on this.
And yes i have selected the application icon = 1000 in constructor.
Codewarrior R6, latest version of constructor.
Tried on various debug/none debug roms and also on a real visor.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Suicide is becoming a rather pleasant alternative.
