OK, Mike, sorry I only read part of your question. There is a section
on the Palm website explaining that there was a problem where people
would errantly get the "Records left locked..." message. So, you should
probably read that to be sure, but I'd imagine it's probably not a real
problem. As for the Visor, when are you getting the fatal exception?
You'll want to rule out obvious problems like attempting to write to a
database on the springboard module or something like that.

Yes, I only get it in POSE running a Palm V ver.3.3 debug rom. and if I
debug it , it says its executing DmCloseDatabase.
I just tried it on a Palm III 3.1 debug rom and I don't get the error.
Is
this one of those 3.3 anomalies?
I cant get the 3.5 debug rom working right to try it.
Now, I just realized that I get just plain "Fatal Exceptions" on my
Visor,
but not the Palm. This seems to be unrelated (happens doing a different
task). Are there Visor debug roms available? I can't duplicate the
error
on my Palm V or in POSE running any Rom, including the HS rom I made
using
RomTransfer.prc.
Not too many people talk about visors here. Is there a more appropriate
forum to discuss HS program development?
