FrmDoDialog Question

Hi All-

I notice when an app is in FrmDoDialog on the emulator, and the
emulator
is powered off, when it powers back on the form does NOT redraw.  BUT,
on a real device, it does.  Is this an emulator anomoly, or is there
something I am not doing that I need to do to ensure it works all the
time on all devices?
