Ok.. here's an odd question (at least I think it is).. I have a field that is set to have Auto Shift enabled. It works just fine, of course, except that if for some reason I clear the field text programmatically.. in this case, the cursor is at the beginning of the field (as it should be), but the shift is off (and the shift indicator is not lit).. if I write a character, it is lower case. If I write a backspace, the Auto Shift is back on (and the shift indicator lights up). The question is.. Is there a way to let the field realize what's happened and have the shift indicator come on? I know I could programmatically send a backspace to the field (I haven't tested that), but I wanted to see if anyone had a more elegant solution. ---------- Bradly J.
