Richard,
This works for me:
Start POSE (recommend latest 3.0a8)
Recommend use one of the latest 4.0 ROMs (dr4)
Start CW6 and hit F5 to put debug .PRC on POSE
Hit F5 again to run without breakpoints set on POSE
Start only the Gremlin # that reported the error,
no switching to other gremlins.
When the error happens hit the Debug button
and your source code should be somewhere in the call stack.
I use NT4 workstation and CW6 with latest dr4 SDK plugins.

I am getting the above error when I am running a gremlin test.
I can't get the error to appear when I do a manual test run on both the
emulator and the handheld.
It only appears during the gremlin test.
Does anyone have any idea of what might cause this error or a way of
tracking it down in the gremlin test?
