Besides these things that you've already set, you must also go into your
project Settings in the Build Extras panel and check the box for Activate
Browser.  Then (once you rebuild the project) you will be able to see the
coloring in your project.  If you are using a pre-3.5 SDK, you have to
have the #define PILOT_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS_OFF line as well in order to
use browser coloring.
