Its included because there is only one MSL, and you may have an installation
where you have 68K Palm, 68K MacOS, PPC MacOS, x86 Win32, x86 Novell, and
x86 Linux tools all installed at one time into a single CodeWarrior
installation (yes, it's happened to me :). CW is a cross platform
environment, and you can't pull out things not supported everywhere when
they are part of a standard library that is supported most places.
