Hans,
first, this is a question for the pqa-dev-forum, not
for the palm-dev-forum...
However, this error means that our proxy can't contact
your destination content server. The usual causes for
this is bad hostname, wrong port, firewall problem,
of network issue (your server is not accessible)...
