CW 7 crashing on Win 2000 Pro

hello

I just changed my 98 Pc for a brand new 2000 pro PC and now CodeWarrior
crash when I compile...

I've got an "illegal object file data" error that I didn't have yesterday on
my old PC, plus the IDE crash (and disapear) on the second compile...

any idea ?
had someone the same behaviour ?
