thanx Meng Chong for ur response.

but i found out an easier approach myself.
U can set the justification field attribute to allign whichever way u want.

that's easier isn't than writing a custom callback function.

i am a new to palm programming & therefore pl don;t feel bad if  i ask some
silly questions in this forum.
