Walter,
Try opening your c:\winnt\Metrowerks or c:\windows\Metrowerks (depending on
whether you are on Win 9x or NT/2000) and delete the file called 'Constructor
for Palm OS Prefs' and Resource.frk inside. In general, this should fix the
problem when moving from Constructor 1.2 to 1.5 and above.
