Hi !
I would like to obtain, from a jpeg color picture, a 8 or 16 bits color
picture with the Tbmp format which is the specific bmp format of Palm.
It would be great to compress this picture into the bit-packed compressed
format.
Is it possible to get the encoder and the bit-packed compressor for
pictures, and to use them easily ?
