My documentation says that this is part of the PalmOS 3.5 feature set -- no
go on pre-3.5 devices. CoreTraps.h confirms that it was a new trap added in
3.5. In comparison, EvtGetPenBtnList is one of the original PalmOS 1.0
traps.
