Others have suggested reptoids and ardiri.com - both are great sources!

The guys from Astraware did a presentation @ PalmSource in US last December 
- it's a good start as well. (They promised to put up the sample code at 
http://www.astraware.com/palmsource2000 but haven't had a chance to do it 
yet.  Wink, wink, nudge, nudge! :) ).
