This sounds like there are some .dlls that are not registered to the IDE
anymore. To reregister them back, go into your bin folder and run the
regservers.bat file. If you still have problems, you may have changed
some of the .dlls in the bin folder, which would mean that the .dlls this
newest IDE needs are no longer there. You may need to pull them back in
from the CD (specifically the ASINTPPC.dll and the SHW32.dll, which have
older versions that are used by Constructor).
