Check out DB Scope at:

It lets you list the fields in your database along with their type, and then
displays each record as a list of fields. So numeric fields are displayed as
numbers, strings are displayed as strings, DateTypes are displayed as
mm/dd/yyyy, etc. It also does float and double types. The web address above
has sample screens.
