CW for PalmOS 7 is a much improves over CW PalmOS 6. The IDE is more
stable, debugging works, USB is supported. The majority of the problems
people have had are not CodeWarrior-related but instead artifacts of
switching from the 3.1 SDK to the 3.5 SDK.
I highly recommend it.
