  well.. since the resources are defined as 160x160, i would really
  respect that the operating system should handle scaling or 
  centering of the applications.

  you define your form as 160x160 in constructor or PilRC - a good
  licensee would perform double scaling (at API level) to provide
  backward compatibility. if they dont.. oh well :) 

  if you use API's (and confirm to debug roms) you should not have
  to modify your applications in this case, however, one would
  expect that you will eventually update the software to include
  resources specifically for 320x320 :)

  get a device, see how a 160x160 app runs :) your questions will
  be answered :) a smart licensee will ensure backward compatibility
