No, all the changes are in the PalmOS SDK, version 4.0.

Hmmm, the battery enumeration appears to be the same between the two OS
versions. I did notice that there are two kinds of LiIon batteries:
sysBatteryKindLiIon and sysBatteryKindLiIon1400. Perhaps the lithium
polymer is the 1400 mAh LiIon type.
