If you mean whether CW Palm 7 has been localized for Japanese, then the answer
is not yet. At present, the latest localized version of CW for Palm is Release
6.0. For applications, you can use the current Palm OS 3.5 tools to develop for
Japanese; I'm not sure about WCAs though.
