CW Fonts?

I recently reinstalled my development machine with Win 2k and pure CW 7
(previously I had upgraded from CW 6 -> 7). Unfortunately, Constructor seems
to be missing the fonts for bold, etc. Why didn't these get installed and
where can I find them to install them now?
