First of all, it's a copyrighted article. Anyone who sends you a copy
is violating that copyright.
Second, we usually ship all CDs within 1-2 days, priority and global
priority mail. It might take a month if you live in India or China
(that's happened).
Third of all, on a few occasions, we've offered a copy of this
article to anyone on this forum that wants one. That offer still
stands, although we've recently (like just now) refined it a bit by
excluding copyright infringers.
Because I'm a nice guy, I'll assume that exclusion doesn't apply to you.
